Operational Integrity

Mr. Fox has over 30 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) professional services industry with over 25 years as an accomplished leader with proven task, project, and contract management experience across a broad spectrum of government agencies and contracts.  


Mr. Fox joined IntegrITS in 2001 as a member of the IntegrITS Executive Leadership Team.  As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible to the President & Chief Executive Officer for providing leadership in executing the day-to-day operations of the corporation toward achievement of the established policies, goals, and operating objectives.  Mr. Fox’s customer focused leadership, quality management, and commitment to excellence is demonstrated by IntegrITS’ consistent quality performance and customer satisfaction.


Mr. Fox’s executive credentials are solidly founded and enhanced by his exceptional background as a principal level engineer. He has extensive experience in Navy combat systems, system level integration test and evaluation (T&E) at both land based test facilities and live firing events, test methodology development, all levels and types of test documentation, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services for Government Furnished Property (GPF) management and Supply Chain Management (SCM), complex Navy range sensor and infrastructure installation and configuration, Echelon II policy level documentation development, Navy Distance Support (DS) Life Cycle support services, and technical support services for various In-Service Engineering Agencies (ISEA).  

 Prior to joining IntegrITS, Mr. Fox served 17 years with Northrop Grumman in senior technical and management roles supporting major defense capability introductions.  Efforts included, but were not limited to Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) programs, fielding of the Navy’s Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), and Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) Mountain Top Phase I Experiment which entailed the integration of Navy (CEC), Army (PATRIOT Advanced Concept (PAC) 3), and ARPA (Research Surveillance and Tracking Environmental Radar (RSTER) projects into a coordinated joint service over the horizon (OTH) cruise missile defense demonstration.

Mr. Fox mentors students and has volunteered numerous hours of IT support services to a small private school in Chula Vista, CA to install, configure, upgrade, and maintain their desktop computers, printers, and networks used by the school's staff.  He is also an active member of All Peoples Church located in the City Heights district of San Diego, CA.  


Mr. Fox is a life member of the U.S. Naval Institute (USNI), and active member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Association of the United States Navy (AUSN), and the U.S. Navy League (USNL).  Mr. Fox has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
