Mr. Sosamon has over 33 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) professional services industry. He began working with IntegrITS at its inception in 2000, providing executive leadership and support as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Facility Security Officer (FSO). He currently serves on the safety committee, 401K committee and adviser to the FSO.
As Vice President and Chief Administration Officer, Michael assists with the planning, developing, and establishing corporate policies, goals, and operating objectives addressing administration, security and safety. Throughout his time at IntegrITS, Michael has been responsible for the overall Safety Program, which includes the Emergency Action Plan, Ergonomics Program, Fire Prevention Plan and the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan.
Prior to working at IntegrITS, Michael served 12 years with Litton/PRC (now Northrop Grumman) as Program Manager and Sr. Systems Engineer. He provided support to the U.S. Navy in the test and evaluation of Naval Warfare Systems. This followed an impressive 20-year U.S. Navy career as an Operations Specialist. Michael is an active member of NCMS - The Society of Industrial Security Professionals, and holds a BS Degree in Business Administration and Computers from National University.
For the past 21 years, Michael has enjoyed supporting the local Saint Augustine High School Football Team, assisting with the statistics team and yard marker group. He’s an avid golfer and generously supports various charities and fundraisers around San Diego. However, in recent years, his favorite pastime has become being “papa” to his two young grandchildren.
