IntegrITS has Key Role in EP-3 Certification

Warfare Systems Director

The IntegrITS Warfare Systems Directorate provides engineering and technical support for test and development of command and control (C2) systems, integration and certification in support of NAVAIR PMA 290E data link communications for the EP-3 electronic surveillance and special projects aircraft. IntegrITS is the program design agent (PDA) and is the PMA 290E liaison with Naval Net Warfare Command (NETWARCOM), Navy Center for Tactical Systems Interoperability (NCTSI) and Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) for all EP-3 and Naval Special Projects Aircraft (NSPA) data link communication systems issues.

In support of PMA 290E, IntegrITS has a myriad of responsibilities, including:

• participating in Joint Airborne Signals Intelligence Architecture Modification (JMOD Common Configuration (JCC)) JCC Build Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) for the adjudication of anomaly reports and future system baseline planning,
• assisting in the development of Project Requirements & Design Documents (PRDDs) for current and future reconnaissance aircraft command and control systems and providing Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) analysis and operational assessments,
• adjudicating and resolving operational deficiencies as required, resulting from testing and developmental analysis.

IntegrITS' professional experience in the engineering, analysis, testing, operation and training of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems culminated in the EP-3 being certified for joint data link operations, notably Link 16, and full rate production.
