Integrits Corporation has been selected as a Prime Contractor on the C4I Test and Evaluation, IV&V, and SSA Support Contract in support of the SPAWAR Systems Center, San Diego (SSC SD). The contract is valued at more than $22 Million over the next five years. This represents a major milestone for IntegrITS and provides a expansion of our T&E and IV&V contract base in the San Diego marketplace.
The scope of the contract is very broad based and entails test and evaluation (T&E) support, independent verification and validation (IV&V), configuration management (CM), quality assurance (QA), and web support for SSC SD C4I programs. SSC SD is responsible for ensuring the quality of the C4I product before it is operationally fielded, as well as follow-on software support after initial deployment. This effort will require compliance and security testing to assess the extent to which the application satisfies requirements stated in specifications and/or standards, such as the Common Operating Environment Integration and Run Time Specification (COE I&RTS).
The COE I&RTS encompasses architecture, standards, specifications, software reuse, shareable data, interoperability, and automated integration in a cohesive framework for systems development. Compliance with the COE will ensure ease of integration and system interoperability.
Test and evaluation includes test planning, determination of measures of performance and effectiveness (MOP/MOE), development of test procedures, test execution, analysis, assessments, and reporting.
IV&V includes analysis of C4I systems to ensure system design/development is in consonance with system requirements, engineering and technical support to authenticate incorporation of Government review comments into system functionality and documentation, development and maintenance of automated tools to support the IV&V process, and documentation verification and validation. Documentation verification and validation will include validation and verification of online system technical manuals, context sensitive help files and search facilities, and validation of the documentation for accuracy against the system.
Configuration management includes engineering and technical support for product baseline control, development of systems required to track system trouble reports, system change proposals, location and configuration of specified installations, platform characteristics, in-house software and documentation libraries, and support for software distribution.
Web support includes: engineering and technical support for in-house database and web as well as the graphic user interface to these systems.
