Support Services Support

Summary

Procides support in person (at user's desk) and via telephone to users of desktop and client/server applications. Functions include, but are not limited to the initial installation, setup,and functional use of installed applications and components. Individuals should be familiar with PC configurations, software installation, basic networking, and standard desktop software applications and suites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist users with the OS, Software, and communications software
• Analyze and resolve PC-related problems
• Schedule support actions

Required Qualifications

• 2- year Help Desk, Telephone Customer Support Agent, PC Support or other applicable experience
• Effective communicator in written and oral communications
