Summary

Provide support, in person and via telephone, to users of desktop and client/server applications. Functions include the initial installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, notebooks, and other handheld devices; ensuring functionality of installed applications and components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist users with the OS, Software, and communications software
Analyze and resolve PC-related problems
Integrate and test hardware, software, systems, and modifications to new and existing systems
Schedule support actions
Monitor performance of hardware and its capacity in all assigned locations

Required Qualifications

2-year college/tech school or applicable experience level
Effective communicator in written and verbal communications
