Remedy Developer

Summary

Candidate will have thorough knowledge of the Remedy Action Request System (ARS) and practical experience developing and modify custom designed applications within Remedy. Candidate will have proved organizational skills, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work as a member of a development team as well as work independently. Must be able to work in a complex environment where multi-tasking is required, priorities change, and deadlines must be met. Candidate must also be able to teach/train users on Remedy applications and assist in designing and maintaining ARS production and test-bed environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement workflow
• Develop, test, and implement User forms
• Install and configure Remedy ARS and Remedy Help Desk

Required Qualifications

• Operational and functional knowledge of Remedy ARS (4.x – 6.x) [3 – 5 Years]
• Development and customization experience with Remedy Help Desk [1 – 2 Years]
• Experience designing and developing reports, templates, and queries in Crystal Reports
• Integration of Remedy solutions into other applications via API [3 – 5 Years]
