PEO EIS Financial Analyst

Summary

Provide direct support to the PEO EIS Distance Support (DS) Program Manager to establish policies, strategy, and prioritized goals for Navy Distance Support. This effort will guide resource allocation decisions that will balance the DS guidance with fiscal constraints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support definition / development of Strategic Planning and Program Acquisition Guidance for Navy Distance Support
• Provide programmatic support for the development and maintenance of Program Objective Memorandums (POM)
• Provide programmatic and financial liaison support between PEO EIS DS Program Manager and Resource Sponsors and supporting Field Activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applicable Discipline
• 5 Years Experience working within Navy Systems Command, PEO’S and / or PMS/A/W offices supporting program/system acquisition processes
• 3 Years Experience working within Navy Systems Command, PEO'S and / or OPNAV supporting the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Process
• Effective communicator in written and verbal communications, with demonstrated experience developing PPBE documents, briefs, etc.
• DAWIA Level II Certification
