PC/LAN Management

Summary

Under general supervision, individual will work closely with business, management and staff on LAN support, network design, and configuration in a multi-server, multi-domain, multi-platform environment. Responsibility may include the installation/configuration and support of client servers, application support software, and implementation of new business software applications. Individual will participate with client in the installation/configuration of equipment and software. Position also requires analysis and coordination to resolve network problems. Individual will Provide technical support and guidelines to client and systems areas through documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze, recommend, and resolve network/domain related operational issues
• Integrate and test hardware, software, systems, and modifications to new and existing systems
• Schedule support actions
• Monitor performance of hardware and its capacity in all assigned locations conducting remediation activities to optimize performance

Required Qualifications

• 2-year college/tech school or applicable experience level
• Effective communicator in written and verbal communications
• 2-4 Years Network Administrator Experience
