Summary

The Information Assurance (IA) Analyst will provide IA services to potential customers. These services will include but are not limited to the following: liaison with various Government agencies and contractors to advise on policy guidance/ implementation, draft standards documentation; Independent Verification and Verification (IV&V) of technical documentation; and programmatic services in the form of briefing development, technical/cost trade-off studies, research reports, and White Papers, facility security and site surveys.

Required Qualifications and Anticipated Responsibilities

Individual needs to have a minimum of a SECRET security clearance
Understanding of the entire DITSCAP/DIACAP process
Experience developing SSAA documentation for Navy systems
Experience developing IATC, IATO, and ATO letters for Navy systems
Understanding of basic DoD facility security requirements
Responds/troubleshoot/resolve network, enterprise, and client level networking and application issues
Experience working with multiple Government and contractor personnel on a common project
Experience developing presentations with MS PowerPoint
Individual needs to be a self starter, requiring limited to no supervision. BUT, not afraid to ask questions and for assistance if uncertain of tasking
Navy Certified Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Agent
Initial Tasking is anticipated to focus on providing organizational IA guidance for various Government facilities around the world

Desired Qualifications

Technical degree (math, science, engineering, etc.)
Experience with Navy SSAA development and approval process
Experience with Navy Protective Distribution Systems (PDS)
Experience with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
Experience with Command, Control, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems
CISSP/MCP/MCSE Certification
